2.3 Account security

The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Any use of the service with those credentials is deemed to have been carried out by the user themselves. In the event of loss, theft or unauthorised use, the user must inform the Publisher immediately at contact@derja.fr.

3. Plans and access

3.2 Premium subscriptions

The subscription plans are described on the pricing page and in the Terms of Sale. Access to premium features is conditional on taking out and maintaining an active subscription.

4. User obligations

The user undertakes to use the service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. In particular, the user shall not:

5. Intellectual property

All of the service's content (texts, exercises, teaching vocabulary, conjugations, grammar notes, design, logo, the “Derja” trade mark, source code) is the exclusive property of the Publisher and is protected by copyright.

A subscription grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right of use, limited to private, non-commercial use of the service for the duration of the subscription.

The Publisher endeavours to keep the service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may be carried out, preferably outside peak hours. The Publisher undertakes to inform users of significant planned maintenance.

The Publisher cannot be held liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, by a failure of communication networks, or by third parties (host, internet service provider).

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. The Publisher does not guarantee that the service will achieve any particular learning outcome. Progress depends on the user's own commitment.

The Publisher's liability shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Cookies

The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes to the service and to these Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to change the service or these Terms at any time. Users will be informed by email of any substantial change at least 30 days before it takes effect. In the absence of objection within that period, the new Terms will be deemed accepted. If the user objects, they may cancel their subscription under the conditions set out in the Terms of Sale.
